- Involving users at the design and development stages. Their needs directly influence the entire design process and must be taken into consideration at all times, not only during testing;
- Evaluate the feedback from users, who are involved as early as the initial drafts and in subsequent mock-ups;
- Verify the user experience of the design, with the goal of fine-tuning its functionality by creating a pleasant and simple experience for the user.
